At Litink Store, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our digital products and services. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-refunds policy, with exceptions as outlined below.

1. Digital Products (Templates, Kits, Assets)
All digital downloads are non-refundable. Since these products are intangible and cannot be returned, we do not provide refunds once the download link is accessed or delivered. We encourage you to carefully review the product description and previews before purchasing.

2. Services (Editing, Book Design, Writing)

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • After Work Begins: If work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the progress completed. Once the final deliverables are approved and sent, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.

  • Unsatisfactory Results: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. If, after significant revision attempts, the work still does not meet the specifications outlined in the original order, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
